  - Proper maintenance is required to keep raw hair extensions in optimal condition. We are not responsible for damage due to improper care, coloring, or chemical treatments applied by the customer.

Final Sale Policy

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the wrong item is received.
• Hair that has been installed, washed, colored, cut, or altered in any way is not eligible for replacement.
