Returns & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

• Due to the nature of our raw hair extensions, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Hair must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging for a replacement to be considered.
• We may require photo or video proof before approving an exchange.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
• After processing begins, cancellations are not allowed.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

• Filing an unauthorized chargeback will result in permanent banning from future purchases.
• We will provide proof of shipment and order fulfillment in dispute cases.
