Orders are processed within 3–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note: During major sales, promotions, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be extended by an additional 5–7 business days. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.
Shipping Time & Delivery
- United States: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.
- International: Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, CurlVana is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance using your tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
